Injection Molding

• High quality, large-sized molded parts are manufactured by  a large size injection machine (5 units) and the precision mold with the optimum condition setting for molding.

Foam Molding

• High grade products which have a soft feel are manufactured by foam molding. Vacuum molded surface sheet and injection molded base structure are set into the mold. Urethane resin is poured into the mold and then foamed. A "Rotary Stage System" and a "Pouring Robot" were adopted for high quality and productivity.

Painting System

• Large-sized molded parts (up to 1,600mm. Length) can be painted by this system.

Quality Assurance

• Large 3D dimension measure "Layout Machine".
