Along with the auto industry, our company experienced much growth after World War II. However, since the market in Japan is currently reaching the point of saturation, our business is now launching in various developing markets. We feel our customers ‘needs are getting more diverse and the speed of changes is getting more rapid every day.

In this situation, it is important to share ideas and challenge new things to continue sustained growth as a company.

In this fast-paced world, it’s necessary that each of us think “what should we do now” and translate those ideas into action. Teamwork built with strong communication and fast decision making will make our organization powerful.

Not all of our challenges will go perfectly. The important thing is that we learn from them and make them help us grow as a company.

However, a company is always built on its employees. It will never change that the key for any company’s development is the group of people who are building the company together. It is crucial that all employees be energetic. To ensure it, I am paying careful attention to make the work environment better. Maruyasu Industries has developed and manufactured automobile parts like metal brackets for anti-vibration rubber, tubes, pipes and electric parts. We would like to expand our business outside of the auto industries and challenge ourselves by producing innovative new products.

I strive to realize our goal to become a top global company, and I always encourage my employees to keep this goal in their mind. I recognize this goal sounds enormous, but I believe it is achievable. By making continuous effort every day, we can make it happen.
