1979 Feb: Started business under the investment promotional act of BOI, with capital of 5 million baht.

Started producing 100% Bobbin Sleeve for textile companies instead of import, under the sub-license of Delton Co., USA.

Started producing gasket for refrigerator to Toshiba, Hitachi, National and Mitsubishi etc.

1985 April: Started producing small precise injection parts.

1986 February: Started assembling switchboard for Fujitsu. (All Export)

1987 February: Started assembling VTR unit. (All Export)

1987 July: Increased the capital to 7 million baht.

1988 April: Started producing reel on consignment of manufacturing and purchasing agreement with Daiwa Seiko Inc., a top fishing tackle maker in Japan.

1988 July: Increased the capital to 10 million baht.

1989 April: Moved to present location as old factory became narrow.

1989 June: Establishment of joint venture company with Nomura Kasei Mfg. Co., Ltd, a top extrusion manufacturer in Japan.

1989 July: Increased the capital to 15 million baht.

1989 October: Started producing fishing rod. (All Export)

1990 July: Increased the capital to 20 million baht.

1994 April: Increased extrusion machines, diameter 90mm and diameter 50 mm.

2000 July: Started a project to acquire ISO 9002.

2001 October: Received ISO 9001: 2000 Certification
