The JFE Shoji Group is engaged in a broad range of businesses, from steel materials, machinery, nonferrous metals, chemicals and ships to food and electronics, with our focus on steel products.

In addition to Japan—which is a key foundation for our business—we consider the Americas, China and ASEAN to be our core regions. We quickly share and coordinate our strategies across these regions and Japan, allowing us to respond speedily to customer needs in Japan and abroad. This includes developing steel processing center operations, providing products that have gone through secondary and tertiary processing and are close to the customer’s finished products, and cultivating suppliers to ensure a stable flow of raw materials and machinery.

Taking advantage of our global network and increasing our abilities to offer proposals and convey information as the JFE Group’s core trading company, we will seek to grow sustainably with our customers to be a company with a strong market presence.
