ROH (South East Asia) is responsible for sales and engineering services of Toshiba Machine Group products in ASEAN countries, India, and the Oceania region based on the subsidiaries in Thailand, Singapore, India, and Vietnam.

It also established a factory for injection molding machines and die-casting machines in 2011 in Thailand which is a major production base for the automobile industry.

This factory is the second factory overseas following the one in China, and it also produces machines for ASEAN countries and India. The representative office in the rapidly developing Indonesia is planned to be upgraded to a subsidiary and will commence its sales activities soon.
The move towards signing the FTA (Free Trade Agreement) and EPA (Economic Partnership Agreement) has accelerated as the globalization of the world economy has progressed.
