OVERSEAS MANUFACTURING (JOHOR) SDN. BHD. was incorporated in March of 1992. It was formed to take advantage of Malaysia's growing industrial engineering requirements.

Broadly, the Company's capabilities include a wide range of engineering fabrication works both for a local and overseas clientele. Situated at Tebrau, Johor Bahru, OVERSEAS MANUFACTURING (JOHOR) SDN. BHD. has the capacity to fabricate spherical tanks, pressure vessels and atmospheric storage tanks. Structural steel works are also part of the Company's portfolio of capabilities.
