Both TOA CORPORATION (TOA) and PT Tunas Jaya Sanur (TJS) are well-established construction companies with a proven track record of delivering prestigious projects in their respective markets.

Dating back in December 2017 TOA and TJS has built a strategic partnership to form a Joint Operation for the Construction of Cultural Hall Building in Badung Regency Government Center of Bali Province.

The construction works were successfully completed and handed-over to the Client in September 2019. The building then named as “Giri Nata Mandala” is a 3-storey multi-purpose building for the Cultural Art Stage and Exhibition Hall with the capacity of more than 2,000 spectators.

Recognizing the benefits of the collaboration, TOA and TJS have decided to establish a joint venture company to pursue larger and more complex projects that require a broader skill-set and greater resources.
