Shinko Plantech Co., Ltd. and JX Engineering Corporation merged on July 1, 2019, marking a new beginning as RAIZNEXT Corporation.

RAIZNEXT Corporation will combine Shinko Plantech’s strength of “high-level construction management ability” and JX Engineering’s strength of “high-level engineering technologies” to grow as a national leading company of plant maintenance with high-level engineering expertise. At the same time, we will create new value for maintenance and engineering services by harnessing our collective strengths in various stages of the plant lifecycle, by effectively utilizing both companies’ resources and combining our technical capabilities and workplace capabilities.

Furthermore, we will work to expand the possibilities for our employees as well as aim to elevate motivation of employees along with maintain and develop our engineering technologies.
