Establishment in accordance with Notarial Deed No.173 of 1992, approval of the Indonesian Ministry of Justice on December 7, 1992 No.02-9937.HT.01.04 - TH.92 as well as a business permit from the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No.56 /KMK.017/1993 dated January 12, 1993.

Until now, Mitsui Leasing's business is focused on motorized vehicle financing activities through Investment Financing, Working Capital Financing, Multipurpose Financing, and / or other financing business activities based on OJK approval, as well as operating lease activities and / or fee-based activities as long as it does not conflict with the laws and regulations in the financial services sector.
