Headquartered in Hamamatsu, Japan, Enshu has been providing world-class technology for well over 90 years with a global presence throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Sakamoto Enshu Koki was established in 1920 as a weaving machine manufacturer, but our production of machine tool technology did not begin until the 1930’s when we began to specialize in milling machines and special purpose machinery.

It was in the 1960’s that Enshu experienced exponential growth with the emergence of the Japanese motorcycle industry and the development of CNC, earning Enshu the business of neighboring motorcycle manufacturers Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha.

Over the years, we’ve established an excellent reputation in the engineering and design of machines as well as the parts they produce. This unique position has given us an intimate understanding of the rigors of competitive machining.
